I've found YouTube live streams and archived videos to be much more
reliable and better quality than Twitch, especially when watching on tv.
For me Twitch had a lot times when the video quality would collapse for
several minutes, or the video would just stop altogether. I think it has a
lot to do with my Internet service, but YouTube seems to deal with those
problems better than Twitch did.
