Have you thought about Mustang Sally's in Chantilly, they actually already have a pinball machine or two onsite (Star Trek and Kiss - both stern)... They might be open to the idea. Especially since they seem pinball addict friendly...

Tuesdays works better for me than Monday due to a monthly computer
security meetup that happens on Monday.

Wednesday would be a bummer since the NoVA/DC SCUBA meetup holds their
meetings on Wednesday.

Tuesday and Thursday work great for me... but I understand there will be
conflicts no matter what day is used.
