[FSPA] FSPA Zone Slack Channel

[Dave Hubbard]

Ironically, this is exactly the kind of discussion that would go well in a
Slack or Discord channel :)

The more I think about it, one or the other (still prefer Discord) has a
ton of benefits.  Per-league channels, general announcements, realtime
communication at big events like PAPA or Pinburgh, etc.
