[FSPA] VUK playoffs this Sunday 8/27!

And that's the ONLY thing that sucks about the phantom points for players
who miss a week without preplays. While it does tend to hurt them more due
to the lost week of points and possible harder group the following week, it
can affect tiebreakers.
