[FSPA] XMen @ Joel, Dialed In Bluetooth @ all?

Yeah, I was thinking of the not everyone has a smartphone issue. Plus right
now it seems like the app still crashes on some peoples phones. Since it's
not universally available it seems like it should be disallowed.
