[FSPA] Alternate Route to Pittsburgh

That's actually what i used to do until maybe a year or two ago.... The section of 30 that your cutting out has been improved a lot.....  The time for both is almost exactly the same.

It's ironic that waze actually used to route me this way (through Bedford and up I99) all the time but now it seems like it favors toll roads heavily (actually even when the toll road is longer - always tries to get me on the Dulles greenway in the middle of the night)
