[FSPA] Testing the waters for possible PINCADE in Herndon

I just moved from Rhode Island and the Sanctum seems to be very successful, based on the buzz from the people who have played there. 

I know I would pay $30 a month to play, plus whatever leagues are run there, this of course is based on what games are there. 

I also think a place like this would do well with birthday parties as long as there is enough room.
