[FSPA] Lyman's

Hey Bay,

It goes into a shoebox or whatever mechanism that location's treasurer uses
to handle the cash until it gets spent on prizes.  Then at some point the
money gets rounded up from all the locations and then once a season we go
to somebody's house and eat all the proceeds. :)  There's probably more to
it than that but that's how my brain handles it.
