[FSPA] Dialed In Crazy Bobs scoop at VuK

I was at VuK for a short time today and the Crazy Bobs trap door scoop in
the left loop is not working. I put it in the maintenance log but it might
not get fixed before VuK league, so FYI. What this means is you can’t get
Crazy Bobs awards.

Also the ball coming out of the phone scoop is still hitting the ramp and
once it went SDTM. Alas I forgot to put that in the maintenance log.
