[FSPA] Naming of FSPA Sterling location & Web Expertise needed

I thought the old name was fine, i wouldn't have worried about it ... but i
like "Silverball Sanctum" a lot better.  catchy.  (go ahead and take
artistic license and make Silverball one word!)

I can volunteer my web skills for your purpose, and can host the domain for
you if you pay for the registration.  i wrote and maintain
http://iscored.info  -- (demo at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mc1WhL4kIs4
).  An open/closed schedule status module that updates in real time should
be pretty easy.
