[FSPA] Naming of FSPA Sterling location & Web Expertise needed

Oh, but SSA also stands for Social Security Administration, do we really want to associate with that? Just kidding, I like Sterling Silverball Arcade too. Do I even get a vote? It's too far for me to play in league there, but I'll definitely drop by when I can! Thanks, Roland, for creating this new pinball location.
