Forfeits are 0 points towards standing.
HOWEVER, per Section 5.2 of the FSPA Rules
<http://www.fspazone.org/complete-rules/>
There are 'effective' points awarded for forfeits to determine groupings.
You get 2 'effective' points per forfeit, for 8 phantom points used to
determine group movement.
This usually results in the forfeiter staying in the group, but not always.
