[FSPA] A Couple Notes

1) As you'll notice in the VBH results just posted, there were two disqualifications. Both were honest mistakes where someone played someone else's ball. Always make sure that it is actually your turn before you plunge! On solid state machines, either the score of the player who is up will flash, or the number by their score will be lit up. Also, don't leave the machine until the bonus has counted down. On some solid state machines, the ball can go into the trough at just the right angle to bounce into the shooter lane without the machine recognizing that the ball is over. Be vigilant that it is actually your turn before playing!

2) We had three players last night not be able to make it at the last moment and had to take forfeits. It is vitally important that all players work on a set of preplays just in case something comes up and you have to miss league. We have very flexible preplay rules now, so get them in early (and often) and have the insurance in place just in case!

3) There is a good chance that Aquarius will be in play next week. This is a ONE player game, meaning that each player will play their whole game and record their score before the next person plays. Also, since this game is a Gottleib wedgehead.....TILT ENDS GAME!! If you tilt, no matter if it's ball one or ball five, the game is over. It will not be declared to be a malfunction if you tilt, that is how these types of games are supposed to operate. Big thanks to Scott for putting in some work after league on it to get it up and running!

That's all for now.
