[FSPA] Pingolf Update

I'm hoping for goals to be posted by Thanksgiving, but I have given myself til the Tuesday before the tournament.  With the change in venues, I have to work on goals for a bunch of games that I haven't done goals for in the past.

Multiball in Mystic is accomplished by whacking the captive ball so hard that it flies into play.
