[FSPA] Tilt Studio Valley Mall - Hagerstown

just the fact that there's a new chain starting up, no matter how (chuck e)
cheesy, using "TILT" in its name and advertising location pinball, and
pinball leagues ... hey, i'll take it.  i hope it works out and i hope it
helps grow the scene.  hopefully they get involved with quality operators.
