[FSPA] Fairfax Pinball Open is coming October 5th-7th

*Modified* Herb Pinball Tourney is almost redundant at this point. I can't
recall any tourneys that are vanilla Herb in pinball recently. Arcade
gaming is a little different I think. They do more straight Herb IIRC.
