[FSPA] Stern Army Monthly(Carpool Thursday+ Mustang Sally Saturday, last of 2018!

Thursday we will have our monthly Stern Army tournament at Carpool.  Since
it is the last one of the year we are bumping up the # of strikes to 3.

Format:  3 strike knockout tournament will be held on all 10 games!

Other details: Registration will be $5 with full payouts to the top 3
finishers.  Registration will start at 7:30 and the tournament will begin
at 8PM.   Random prizes from Stern will be drawn for anyone that plays in
the tournament!
