[FSPA] VUK Starting at 4pm this Sunday

One more change this week: We will be scaling down to 10 groups… this is
mainly to mitigate the impact of malfunctions. Last week we were on every
available game, which made me reluctant to DQ games that I normally would
have… and if a game is out completely, we get into wait states, which
nobody wants. Fewer groups gives us a little more leeway.

This also means that two people who would have gotten game picks this week
won’t get them, but I’ve tried to resolve that as fairly as possible.
