[FSPA] VUK weather status - currently PLAYING

We’ve been monitoring the weather with an eye towards our 4pm start time,
and currently things look OK. The temperature is going up and the ice/sleet
is expected to turn into rain. American University, our bellwether for
closure, remains open.

If anything changes we will keep you updated.
