[FSPA] Pinburgh Bank!

[Dave Hubbard]

Ok, now the bank MUST be named FSPA: Max Exposure, with Baywatch in the
bank, and Max's face over Pamela Anderson instead of Frasca.  I will hear
of nothing else!
