[FSPA] GB at CarPool (video mode)

I don't know offhand if video mode can be disabled.  Nothing would change
until after the season, that's a fact.  I agree though that it tends to
cheapen the experience.  For example when I had it at home I never went for
video mode.  If I'm falling behind 50-60 million in a league game though
you bet I'm shooting for it. :)

I'll investigate the settings next time I'm there.  Maybe getting video
mode can convert to a point reward like extra balls on tournament settings.
