[FSPA] GB at CarPool (video mode)

There is another option, and one that you can implement mid-season: just
remove the game from the lineup.  There is no FSPA rule that says that all
games physically present at a location must be used.  If GB is causing that
much consternation, then vote with your wallet and refuse to play it.  If
it stops taking in money, perhaps your operator will replace it with
another game.

FWIW, I also agree that the "video mode all day" strategy is stupid, and
the primary reason I think GB is a terrible competition game.  It's a
shame, because the rest of the game is pretty damned fun.
