[FSPA] Videobusters

Good luck.  I've been trying to sell mine, but getting no interest.

yeah that's right ... I own the stupid thing.  i know how to play it.  my
high score is about 6 billion.  but in competition, the best strategy is
still "avoid starting modes and play video mode".  bleah.

hopefully some new code drops soon.
