[FSPA] Fwd: Replay FX & Pinburgh Tickets On Sale at Noon Eastern!

No transfers.

Pinburgh tickets are attached to the individual's name and IFPA number. They have to be returned for a refund. This year it starts at 75% refund and goes down at various cutoffs. Previous years the refund started at a full refund minus fees. 

Once refunded, the position opens to the next person on the wait list. 

I'm on the waitlist because I suck.

I'm curious how much the waitlist will move this year with the different sale date and new refund rules.
