it seems to be full of useful information.  is there anywhere this info (relevant rule changes, preregistration location and times, etc) is written down for easy reference?  the video is funny, but i don't want to have to fast forward through wacky hijinx just to find the preregistration info when i get to pittsburgh wednesday afternoon.  (sorry, presenting useful info in video format is an ongoing pet peeve of mine)
