[FSPA] Carpool Prize Czar Opening!

Well I am sorry to say the response to the Carpool Pinball Prize Czar
opening was...underwhelming.

Don't be shy!  Step up and volunteer!   It is *not* hard.  Give back to the
FSPA Carpool league and be the prize decider!

You will be like a modern day pinball Robin Hood!  Give it all away to the
poor pinball finalists!
