[FSPA] Machine stuff @ VBH

Baywatch is gone.

Demolition Man is now present.  However there is a ball stuck in back under
the ramp, so it only can play with 4 balls, just keep pressing start, it
will bitch a little and then start a game.

It will get fixed, just  no time tonight.
