You fail to mention it was also 3 for 2 bucks Bob.  Avatar had a bill acceptor, and bill acceptors don't give change, so it had to be at 1.00 or 50 cents per game, and I didn't want to lower it to 1992 prices (50 cents) so it made sense to be a buck, but because that was a bit high it was set for 3 plays for 2 bucks, which comes out to 66 cents per play ...seems reasonable to me.  But a moot point as it is no longer there, it is now at Michael & Sons Sportsplex at Dulles.  www.dullessportsplex.com    Worked the last 2 days rushing to get everything ready for Summer season, and it wasn't cheap moving 6 machines to Lost Rhino, but thankfully they are not far from the Sterling location, so it wasn't as bad as it could have been I guess.  Lost Rhino will be operating the air conditioning in the Silverball Sanctum room Tues-Thurs, 4pm-9pm, Saturday, 7pm-10PM, and Sunday 12-5PM

I would add that even though they close at 9PM, the manager indicated they are committed and will not kick any players out at exactly 9PM, and we can keep going till maybe 9:30ish if need be.

As many of you have heard, Silverball Sanctum has closed due to some, let's say, "creative differences" between the landlord and the tenant.

Once again the Sterling league is moving to yet another location. This would be the fourth location in four seasons, sadly there is no badge for this. With this turn of events, there are some changes that we will need to make for this upcoming season. 

On the plus side, Lost Rhino is still located in the Sterling/Ashburn area. On the downside, they are not open on Mondays and they close relatively early at 9pm.  Our league will play on Wednesdays starting at 7pm.  I encourage all players to have a complete bank of preplays completed, just in case you are running late unexpectedly.  Our calendar will match VBH's, but will trail theirs by one week. Our week 0 will be next week, Wednesday 5/23. 

We will have 6 unique games (no linked fastbreaks), the lineup is TBD, but it is safe to assume that some of the games will come from Silverball Sanctum.

If our league brings a lot of business to Lost Rhino, we may be able to get more flexibility with the hours they are open for our future seasons with them. I encourage everyone to try their food and drink offerings, and if you're there anyways (outside of the league), let them know that the league sent you.
