[FSPA] FPO pre-registration back online

FYI, some players tried to pre-register at Carpool's league night tonight, but there was a problem.  That has been resolved, so if you want to save $5 on the registration, do so before midnight Thursday.

With your pre-registration you will receive $10 worth of entries (5) and you can buy more at any time.  They are good for both the main and classics tournaments.
