[FSPA] FSPA: CarPool Results for 10/09/2018 (Meet #4)

I'm not a regular at Carpool, but I'm going to side with Mario on this one.

Not only is it poor form to take your rage out on the machine, it is
EXTREMELY poor form to jack it up to the point where you are affecting
other groups. I've seen a lot of shit in my competitive "career" and too
often it's the next player's responsibility to deal with what the previous
player has done. I've seen machines shoved so far they are practically
touching the neighboring machine - how is anyone supposed to play that?
Hell, at a recent tournament at Lyman's, someone in my group shoved a
machine to the side so hard they would have crushed the neighboring
player's hand had there not been a cup holder installed on the leg. As I
recall, the other player ended up with a tilt warning because of that. No
compensation to the victim, no punishment to the offender.

If I were in Mario's shoes, I would be pissed off too that I had to play a
machine in this condition, and doubly pissed that someone with the magic
keys was able to go in, fix a problem, and realize a benefit for
themselves. I would argue that jacking up a machine so badly that the tilt
bob needs to be fixed should be ruled as Interference.

It's bad enough to see people frothing at the mouth and screaming
obscenities - we get enough side-eyes from staff at VBH when this happens,
it's not a good look. I know I'm not perfect and I used to be really bad.
But for fucks sake, stop abusing the machines. Go punch a wall or
something.

      --- Dave
