[FSPA] previously unknown pinball technique discovered?

I’m sensing cold fusion here....   

If you don’t have any access to the tilt bob... or inside the cabinet... then I’d say shenanigans.

If you have inside access... people use things like ear plugs and other dampeners to quickly settle it down
