[FSPA] VÜK week 0 and preplays

[Max Baskin]

Got it. That means Tim Peterson, Brian Galletta, Steve O'Connor, and Kevin
Walton have advised me that they will definitely be using preplays. Alex
Jeffrey, Doug Malcolm, Rob Thomas, and Audrey Bonsignore have all advised
that they may not make it, so unless I hear back from them before 4:30, I
will assume that they are not coming and will use preplays, accordingly.
