[FSPA] Carpool Bar Stern Army monthly tournament TONIGHT

We need to start putting dates in our time-sensitive emails with the odd
delivery times of some of these messages.

I will frequently get responses from others to league results emails hours
before said emails actually show up… I’ve been assuming the blame is with
my email provider.
