[FSPA] Coming this Fall: Monday night leagues in Dulles, VA

Ocelot is sweet and will be a great league location. Great pinball,
excellent beer, somewhat iffy food trucks (but I don't think there's a food
truck on Mondays anyway - you can bring your own food). Too far for me to
join the league, but I plan to be at the upcoming tournament on the 24th.
