[FSPA] Munsters is out on location

It does have a multi ball down there during Munster Madness. It's fun. Code
is pretty basic right now. And as of now the flippers below are always
energized whether there is something to do down there or not.

What IS neat is the skill shots.
Basic: plunge to upper lit lane.
Super: hold left flipper and full plunge. Hit ball up left ramp.
Double super: hold both left flipper buttons down, full plunge, hit ball
into Grandpa scoop, a single ball is released in lower playfield, hit tiny
ball into mystery scoop.

I thought it was creative.
