[FSPA] Call for players: VÜK part 2

expect on Week 1, which helps a LOT when it comes to getting everything
moving smoothly.

Again, Week 0 is this Sunday, 1/13, with league play officially starting
with Week 1 on 1/20. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
