[FSPA] Heads up on Week 0 at VÜK

Indeed! I went by and played everything a couple of weeks ago and did not
spot any issues. So normal rules apply (only one EB, must play with another
person, must declare that it's a preplays ahead of time), but feel free
starting tomorrow.
