[FSPA] Silverball Sanctum at Lost Rhino league POSTPONED 1/30/19

SS follows NVCC's inclement weather policy and they just announced that
they will be closed for tomorrow for the day and evening.

We will shift our league schedule back one week.  We will begin our league
on 2/6, see you then.
