[FSPA] Need help with my Segasa Monaco (EM)

My Monaco is in need of some help that I can't provide. I'm happy to pay
for your services, of course. It won't finish resetting. There also seems
to now be an issue with the start button. It does *something* but it does
not do what it's supposed to do. Though these may be related.

What's happening is that if you have credits and press the start button, it
does not start a game, however it does make the gears/switches make a
rather disturbing rasping sound for several seconds if you hold it in. The
only way I can "start" a game is to trigger the right coin mech switch.
However that leads to the main problem. The game then tries to reset, but I
believe it's failing when it tries to reset the bonus count. It counts down
to zero, but then for some reason it kicks it back up to 1 and then back
down to 0. Repeat endlessly. I have a (poor quality) video of the bonus
count mech going back and forth here:

If you manually turn the bonus count reel higher it actually stops doing
that, but isn't then reset and the game also doesn't start. I have to then
"start" another game and then it goes back to it's endless count down/up.
Or something like that. I forget the exact details in that regard.

I'm in Catonsville, MD 21228. It would be awesome if you could come before
this weekend as we're having a graduation party on Sunday (and the
graduation Saturday), but if not that's fine. It was dead at my last party,
