[FSPA] Carpool & Mustang Sally fall 2019 season game give-away #1

Carpool Players,

Bob and I are giving away a game this fall season to eligible Carpool
League players.  The give away game for this fall is Bow and Arrow:

Carpool in the next couple of weeks.

Eligibility for free game draw: Carpool league players are eligible for the
drawing of B&A after the fall season ends.  Players will earn 1 entry for
each week of league they attend* IN PERSON*.  Preplays are NOT eligible for
entries.  Players may also earn entries for each Thursday Stern Army event
at Carpool or each Saturday Stern Army event at Mustang Sally.     If a
player drops out of league they forfeit all game entries.   Week 0 does not
count toward an entry so in theory a player can have up too 18 entries
(10CP+4CPStern+4MSBStern).  The give away game is operator donated and is
not related to the FSPA give away game.
