[FSPA] Pinball for penny 2019

Hello all! Pinball for Penny is back for 2019. We have some changes this
year. The event will be hosted at Solace Brewing Company in Dulles Va on
Sunday, Oct 20th. Doors at noon, event starts at 1pm. As usual, all
proceeds will be going to the INOVA Fairfax Childrens NICU. To sign up
