[FSPA] FSPA Leagues status - Update

If you guys are inclined to do that I think its an awesome idea! Don't want
to speak for the SLO's at those particular leagues, but I'm sure something
could be worked out to make sure it gets to the right people at the
location and appropriately accounted for.
