[FSPA] Fairfax Pinball Update

By that definition a bar stool is shared equipment!  I just don't see it as
enforceable.  It is a silly rule.  If we use common sense, the
establishment provides wipes or gel to wipe down the game, or bar stool
after each use and people protect themselves according to their risk
profile we can move forward.    We are certainly a long way from the return
of league play though!
