[FSPA] Carpool Tuesday league postponed for two weeks

So, it's been two weeks.  Two weeks ago two weeks seemed like an overly
cautious number borne out of an abundance of caution.  Now it seems like a
great idea but sadly only the tip of the iceberg.

I think it's a safe assumption that this season is postponed indefinitely
until the COVID-19 situation is resolved or at least under control.  That
and I don't feel like moving all the games back in right now. :)  Carpool
is operating on a carry-out basis only W-S 4-10ish.  You can order through
DoorDash or by just calling them up.  If you have a hankerin' for moz
sticks or something throw them a bone but be safe.

The FSPA exec staff have been discussing what to do with this current
season.  We have some ideas but nothing definite at the moment.  Stay
tuned, be safe.
