[FSPA] Bad news, Good news

Yeah, I saw that. I actually am one of the weird ones that prefer PAPA, so
I have to decide if I'm going to request a refund for Pinburgh and switch
to PAPA, or just stick with Pinburgh. I probably won't do both.
