[FSPA] Reminder Event #8 tonight and expanded playoff format!

After running through the potential formats a decision has been reached to
expand the playfield to *12 players*.    This will allow the top 4 players
to receive a bye while the remaining 8 play out a round in groups of 4.
Tonight @ Carpool will be very important as the bye for position 3 and 4 is
not locked and several players could qualify for positions 11 and 12.

Current prize pool *$105*(based on $1 per player per event collected),
Trophies will also be provided(Thanks to SeanK), and swag from Stern will
be provided.  A side pot of $5 will also be collected to grow the prize
pool.

*Playoff basics for Saturday @ MSB:*
Top 4 receive a first round bye
Top seed picks game or order on every game
4 games played per round
3,2,1, 0 scoring per game based on 4 player games
Games may not be selected twice until all games have been picked by a player
