[FSPA] Bad news for Pinburgh and Replay : (

So on a different note, will we get refunded for our 2020 ReplayFX/Pinburgh
fees, if we didn't request a refund, or is this like a bankruptcy and that
just goes away? I don't know how this stuff works.
