[FSPA] Mandalorian launch party Saturday 8/28

The tournament is on for this Saturday!

IFPA has not been responsive on my request to change the IFPA calendar date
even though the Stern requirement was met.   Typically launch parties can
be put on the calendar inside the 30 day timeframe.   If I do receive the
confirmation from IFPA WPPRs will be available!
