[FSPA] Sunday Tournaments at Spinners

With WPPRs back on we’re going to be starting up weeklies on Sundays.

I love the format for Fridays at Mom’s, especially for a public venue,
although I would like a different format. Potentially a time limited one.

Will start earlier in the day. 12-2pm start time.

Any ideas are welcome. Nothing’s set in stone other than Sundays and
Spinners.
