[FSPA] Division lock on 8 week season

This question came up last night and I'd been wondering about it myself...
it's mainly a question for Joe Schober.

In an 8 week season, does the division lock happen after week 6? I've been
assuming it's the number of weeks in the season minus 2, but just wanted to
make sure.
